My Story

It was 2006, I was a recent civil engineering grad, with a net worth below zero, skimming through these new things called podcasts, and I stumbled on one about the future of homes, and I was hearing things they never covered at school.

Things about the shape of the building reducing energy needs by 70%, pre-fab homes that could be as cheap as cars, as easy to assemble that two people with no experience could do it in two days. Maintenance free! Recyclable! I couldn’t believe it.
Then they said prototypes had already been made, and I was sitting up in my chair, eyes wide and basically confused.

When were these houses coming? Who is making them? Why hadn’t I heard about this in my 5-year program on this topic?

I started it over and I listen to it again, and I hear them say these homes were built in the 40’s!

I was confused. I needed to get to the bottom of this. And that podcast led me down quite a path of discovery.

Not only did I find a treasure trove of solutions that could make the world work for 100% of humanity, but also how to do it.
It’s not a magic bullet, it’s not some secret technology the government is hiding, and that is what I hope to show with this website.

I've spent over 10 years trying to share the idea with others in hopes they would pick it up and run with it, but what I should've done is create something to show them, and that is what this is intended to be.
