If you're worried about air pollution you can pay a few dollars a month to make sure the amount of electricity you use is generated by a renewable source.
In most areas all of the electricity generated goes into a common grid, so even if you have a solar roof you'd sell that energy back to the grid at one price, and buy energy back from the grid at a different price. Bullfrog Power will let you pay into one of their systems generating renewable electricity so you don't have to build and maintain one on your own property. This makes it easy for the customer and easy for the provider. Zero effort for the clients, and low to no risk for the energy producer since customers are willing to pay the premium. https://bullfrogpower.com/who-we-are/ |
